WindingStair Company buys houses for cash, structures creative financing, and coaches investors — three offers that usually come wrapped in the sketchiest websites on the internet. The brief was the opposite: make it feel like a firm you'd trust with your family home.
We used deep navy, interior photography, and calm typography to build that trust, then organized the business into three clear service cards with their own paths. A numbered 'We Buy Houses for CASH' walkthrough answers the how-does-this-work question before it's asked.
Forty years of business experience reads through the design instead of being shouted in a headline.
